Thanx you helped me out a lot with this video.hey sir I have a question ..the pin inside the tensioner I lost it along with sum screws ..do you no where I can find the pin or do I have to buy the tensioner.
This IS NOT the proper way to set timing on the 1.4 Turbo motors there are tools required to make sure the cam gears and crank are locked in place . There is NO way your timing will be right if you do it this way
I never demonstrated how to set timing on this engine. I was showing the process of replacing the timing chain guides tensioner and timing cover thanks for watching.
