If you are good at delicate plastic and taking it all apart if the switch is the problem just dragging tiny strips of 600 grit sand paper between with the electrical contacts will remove the carbon build up and get your switch working again. Apply a little pressure while you do this. My 2015 Cruze it seems the motor jammed when the seat was moved all the way to the back. Either that or the motor needs repair or replacement. I don't hear clicking so maybe the motor? That's what they call RnR.

I have a big problem, the seat of my 2012 Chevrolet Cruze is stuck backwards and now I can't get it out, could you help me, I can't get to the screws, is there a way to do it manually with tools, please help.

thanks man great video. but how did you know it was the switch? my seat won't move forward but it does everything else.. going to do my own trouble shooting... fuses etc, but i thought i ask.. but other then that again, great video.

Great video. I bought the part and switched it. But the switch doesn't go up and down. Just front to back and tilts. It's a 6-Way Power Seat Adjustment Switch Driver Side for 2007-2014 Chevy Cruze. Could it be the wrong one or is there some other issue? Can a fuse be partially bad? The old switch make a clicking noise when trying to go p and down. WHen I replaced it it doesn't make a clicking noise. Could it be a faulty new switch? Help.
