I’d take the K30 crew anyday over a dodge, I love square body’s and especially that one and I’m just going by looks here, I know dodge has the Cummins which is amazing so just put that engine in the chevy body and you have the perfect truck
You got a truck with a longer wheel base, 4 extra bodies, which gives the chevy a hell of a weight advantage & an automatic Dodge can’t pull a greasy string out of a cats ass. The fact it’s a gas & diesel is completely irrelevant
I haven't seen anyone say this yet but I do believe the Chevy was misfiring. Seen alot of comments on diesel always out pulling gas but that's simply not always true. 360 v8 gas can pull real hard geared correctly. Ford 460 can pull anything you want and not miss a lick. Same with 454. I've seen 460 in granny low lift the front end off the ground in a 1 ton not loaded on pavement with 10 ply 80 psi tires on it. I've hauled hay with that truck and it was used to pull the goosenecks loaded over the diesels, especially in the field. Not bashing diesel though, I just think gasoline is more practical in the very very end.

Well its a bad comparison 1s a gas, 1s a diesel, (diesel usually wins) 1 looks like street tires, 1 looks like mud tires (street tires have better grip on pavement) The dodge has all the advantage especially with his pulling point of the chain its higher than the chevys.

Maybe maybe not. When a truck is in 4 low it's putting down all the power and torque it possibly can to all four wheels, if you're gonna see who can pull who at least put it in 4 high
