JR Townsley what are you talking about. Duals do not have far more traction than singles. Slight advantage at best. Friction has been reduced per square inch so traction per square inch is also reduced.
Logan Curry fass doesn't have anything to do with traction it's helps get fuel to the engine probably would of been the same outcome if he didn't have one
Everyone keeps complaining about the duramax owner when they should really complain about the dumbasses who thought they could take on a dually with their SRW trucks.
I remember putting a loud muffler on a Chevy 250 inline 6 for the fun of it And I got made fun of. The crazy thing is is it sounded just like that Cummins minus the turbo whistle. I even see Jeep Cherokees doing it and people seem to love it. Gas or diesel i6s sound pretty similar Especially when their wound up. I like the sound of the Cummins but after hearing so many loud 6 Cylinders it gets old. But not a screaming Duramax Just like a gas V8 that sound never gets old to me. The ford 6.0s Sound good if you can find one running.
They key is to learn how to use that you have you can have 1k HP and get pull by a 500hp truck grip and weight and driver skills are the key to winning
I ain’t on anyone’s side i saw a 454 gasser pull a Cummins dully around like a toy I personally like the 24V Cummins but them dodges are ugly 😂 and I just want a truck with AC bumpers and a radio 😂
With the torque out put by both trucks so high the only thing that matters is tracktion and weight which is the same thing in regards to friction and enertisha, so not the measure of a truck!
tug of war does not matter traction is more important then load bearing, besides why do you talk up dodge ram?if anything you should talk about how good cummings engines are and they area totally different company then dodge. yes thats right dodge needs another company to make the engine for them...shit ford use to offer a cummings engine option for there trucks.
That is the only way the chevy could win more tires on the ground.. would love to see a fair pull.. with that in mind i am a ford guy but for Diesel i would pick the 6 cylinder cummins over any v-8 diesel
Coffman Gasser how's that? If your saying dualls have twice the traction like some of the other people your wrong. They may have a slight advantage but that's it. When pressure on the tires are reduced so is friction which is traction. Twice the surface area x half the friction = same result.
Yall aint shit without that red single cab duramax diesel dually truck!!! Wheres he at??? He always put on the best shows for sure!!!!! I think he even had a stick shift and not the allison transmission in it but the videos he does man he fucking rips it! He dont fuck around!
That's a hot mess. That doesnt prove much, they seem always to be so close to a draw it's hard to tell. Too many factors at play, 1 truck weight, 2 tires, 3 axles, 4 momentum, 5 whoever punches accelerator the quickest/throttle response.....and overall low end torque. Full size trucks are in this case full size trucks. Tires and axles have more deciding factor than truck brand
@@zachz4029 working on both in my shop cummins has the tough engine advantage Chevy has the strength advantage both are pretty equal, 496 big block drags them both so big block ftw
