Okay so I have a 96 I had a 4 inch rough country put on I'd say it's like perfect lift. Pretty high loved the way it turned out. I'll be posting videos on my channel soon.

Thats a good question. I know it has a 14 bolt which I thought was odd. I guess maybe that was a tow package or something. I need to look on the glovebox and see if it says anything.

@@genuinejake9851 I was wondering about the gear ratio. Mine is a 3:42. When you mentioned in the video about the weight of the tires and how some folks change the gear ratio to compensate for larger tires, that made me wonder if I was going to run into any problems with mine. I plan on doing what you did.

No I dont. I did consider that because of the different track width front/back. Its more noticeable when these trucks have combos that sit flush with the front fender lip because the back then sits inside the fender and it sticks out like a sore thumb. With this offset (or any) that puts both front and rear outside the fenders its not AS noticeable and looks fine. But you could definitely add the rear spacers to make them exactly match the front if you wanted to.

I don't know the exact answer to that. The kit is said to maintain factory geometry. We have seen zero issues with the kit

I am currently installing the 4 inch RC lift on my 94 K1500 and purchased “Realift” torsion bar re-locators. Very simple but pretty genius. It keeps the torsion bars up above the frame and you no longer have to use the drop bracket provided with the kit. You do have to move your stock crossmember back 2-4 inches tho or buy 50 inch torsion bars. This solves the break over issue with dropping the torsion bars with the OBS lift kits.

Stereo yes. Interior is actually mint. Only 101,000 miles on it.

It was done at my brother in laws shop.....so we got a pretty good deal. Its gonna take a shop the better part of a day though so my guess would be $700-1000 but I can't honestly give you much of an answer.

I don't know the exact answer to that. The diff drop was included in the lift kit and I don't recall seeing any numbers regarding that.

@@genuinejake9851 ya I cant find any numbers either thats why I tried asking here. I have 3.5" of room between frt ds and exhaust so was curious if I would need to mod exhaust to fit? If you still have the trk could you measure height of the pass side drop bracket?

The front is independent suspension so it uses torsion bars as opposed to springs.

Maybe. The ones on it I believe are like a 34.5 and they will rub occasionally.

@@genuinejake9851 interesting, I have been looking for a 4” lift for my 1998 8 lug 2500 with the 6.5 TD and all I can find it 3” or 6”. The RC 4” says it’s for a 1500.
