This is a very simple recipe that is quick to make too. The cookies are soft and moist, as well as chewy. They are a real treat to enjoy at any time.

Hi Geoff, The brownie cookies look delicious! A good excuse to turn the oven on and bake. It’s been so cool and wet here in Saskatchewan. Feels more like April than the middle of June. We have to put the furnace on! 😋 😊

Hi Judith. It has been cooler here than is usual for this time of year too. But the past couple of days have been warmer, and brighter. Hopefully you will get some good weather too, so get the oven on before it gets too warm. LOL

I've got one of those old style mixers, more robust than modern stuff. I love mine even though the mixing arm falls off all the time.

Hi GEOFF.. Well these look lovely and a nice lot of chocolate... Just how, we like it I may try it with a few walnuts instead of the chocolate chips though as I love nuts in a brownie.🍫👍.. Looks like we are in for some summery weather at last,,,, hope it's not too hot.. Or I will be moaning about it,,, much to my long surrffering husbands dismay.. (it's never hot🔥 enough for him)hope you are well take care my lovely ❤️

Hi Henrietta. Yes a few nuts will be a nice addition to these I am sure. The weather is quite nice here, 20 degrees, which is just right for me. No hotter, please.
