So the ingredients don't seem like a taste I would enjoy but the extrusion equipment they use is amazing! I've never seen an extruder that cooked the food at the same time as extruding it. I'm not sure if it uses oil to fry it or just steam? I think just steam because the extrusions don't look greasy or oily right after they're placed on the conveyor.
Author's comment names it TONGDIGI, and web says that is "Traditional Korean macaroni corn snack." Most sites say it has "21 kinds of grain." Pictures seem to match.
