I made them and jokingly called them covid cookies 😆 My first batch the cookies spread too much maybe they weren't apart enough? I refrigerated the remaining dough cos it was too sticky. Now those turned up better. They're so delicious not too sweet. They're my new favorite. Thanks David.
You are the only cook channel I have subscribed to. I love your no nonsense approach to your videos. Your voice is pleasant and easy to listen to and last but not least your recipes are simple and delicious. I like you don’t scrape and bang dishes around. This old grandma loves your videos
Raspberries are just about my absolute favorite! In a cookie I can just imagine...yum! Only thing that might be better is add some white chocolate chips...they go so well with raspberries. I was just looking, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries are all on sale right now. I think I'll try a batch of each! 😁 Thx Dave, for sharing your recipes! Stay safe!
These look absolutely delicious. You know what would be even more delicious? A little almond flavoring and maybe a drizzle of almond flavored powdered sugar glaze . I’ll be making these for sure as soon as I can get some raspberries. I LOVE raspberries.
Looks awesome will try this weekend but I may try blueberries as I've no raspberries keep up the good work enjoy your videos very much blessings and keep safe Doreen UK
Hi David,I would certainly make them. I have already made your lemon cookies and the Nutella cookies and they are now family favourites. Please everyone let’s help David reach 1000000 subscribers!
I love your video! You nailed the tone of a calming baking channel. The recipe wasn't the greatest though... a little too muffin-like to really serve as a cookie. A great video, but I think I'll tinker with the recipe a little later.
Hi Lane. Thanks so much. So glad you enjoyed the video. Yes, they really are a soft cookie. Sure, tinker with the recipe and let us know. Stay safe and well.
These look delicious. I'm going to make a batch. I'm thinking of making a second batch and incorporating cocoa powder so they come out to be chocolate raspberry cookies. How much cocoa should I put in?
I asked my little brother if he wanted to help me bake these and I’d give him some, but he said no cause they looked gross. Little did he know how good it was going to taste. Great recipe!
Oh man these look awesome , definitely be making these , Hey Dave ? How about a nice Hamburger Steak with Onions mushrooms and gravy on top , oh man that sounds awesome, THUMBS UP FOR DAVE EVERYONE
The raspberries wouldn't squish as badly if you freeze them before mixing them into the cookie dough. If they are frozen they are harder, stay together better, and don't squish nearly as easily, but they'll still cook up in the cookies just fine. I wish that your website recipe had a picture with the recipe. I also wish it had a "printable" version. Other than that, it was a good video 👍
Hi. Thanks so much. They are really good. Yes, you're right about the freezing. In terms of the recipe, it's in an old format. I will upload it again in the new format with the pic. Hope this helps and enjoy the cookies.
Hi Dave, i was just wondering if i should put cling wrap over my butter and sugar while i do my piano class. i just started but my class is in a few minutes.
Hi again Carol. I put the recipe in the description section of the video. I am having trouble with the site right now and working on it. I know it can be difficult and I am working on totally redoing it. Sorry again and thanks for you patience.
What did I do wrong? Mine came out flat & all pink! Maybe cuz I used frozen raspberries? I also used 1 cup of berries, I wonder if that was too many...
