Chia Seed Coconut Water (HINDI)

On Episode #4 of my series #SaunaKitnaSaunaHain where I show you refreshing and hydrating beverages for the summer season, I am making this Chia Seed Coconut Water.
You will Need:
-1 ½ cups Coconut Water, cold
-2 tbsp Chia Seeds
-1/4 tsp Dry Mango Powder (Amchur)
-1/2 tsp Black Salt (Kala Namak)
-1 tsp Jaggery Powder
-Juice of 1/2 a Lemon
-Mix Well
-Garnish with a Slice of Lemon
Method:
1) Remove the coconut water from a green coconut into a glass. Cover it and store in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
2) In a glass jug add the cold coconut water, chia seeds, dry mango powder, black salt, jaggery powder and juice of 1/2 a lemon. Mix it well with a spoon and then cover this jug and place in the refrigerator for at least 30-40 minutes so that the Chia Seeds fluff up.
3) Once the chia seeds have become bigger, go ahead and serve this on ice and garnish with a slice of Lemon and enjoy!
Coconut water has naturally available electrolytes that are great for the body especially during this hot summer season.
