I think because it has fiber and fats it’s like more satiating. So you drink that and are less hungry and therefore you eat less which results in weight loss. I don’t think that it’s weight loss by chia seeds per se. More like the nutrients
I just bought some, I’m going to start after soaking them I’ll add them to my yogurt and I’ll make chia pudding just take a tablespoon of the chia seeds and add to a cup of almond or oat milk and put in fridge over night and hello breakfast
I mix chia with wine or whiskey and I lost 10 pounds in about 2 weeks. I went to the doctor after chia intake to fix my ulcers. Chia works great. Eat pa more charing.🇺🇸
