I am from rural kentucky and your food looks great, but i almost passed out when you threw the ham skin and fat in the garbage,lol, i eat it all, from the rooter(snout), to the tooter(hind end), no waste in rural ky.
Why throw the bones and fat away? Render the fat and make gravy, or use it to fry up some potateos intro fries, the possibilities are endless. Use the bones for stews, soups, with some of the fat, or use the bone marrow for even more dishes.
Looks like the parking is extremely limited. What about the surrounding neighborhood/block? Is parking available by the adjacent bar also? And when is closing time for the day?
If you want to feed your dogs, I am cool with that. Treat your best friend with a giant bone covered in meat. You threw away all that fat and skin. 1st world problems.
