Chicken 65 Recipe in an Air Fryer by Chef Ranveer Brar
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Preheat time: 8 minutes at 180°c
Cooking time: 12 minutes at 180°c
Serves: 2
Ingredients
For Chicken Marination
400 gms Chicken breast
1 tbsp Black peppercorns, crushed
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
Salt to taste
⅓ cup Curd, beaten
2 tsp Degi red chilli powder
1 tbsp Oil
3 Green chillies (less spicy & roughly chopped)
6-7 Garlic cloves
Oil (optional for brushing)
For Coating
1 cup Rice flour
Salt to taste
2 tsp Black peppercorns, crushed
For Tempering
1 tbsp Oil
2 Garlic clove, chopped
2 sprig Curry leaves
Roasted Garlic & Green chillies
1 tsp Black peppercorns, crushed
Roasted Chicken, diced
½ tsp Black pepper peppercorns, crushed
1 sprig Curry leaves
For Garnish
Lemon wedge
Coriander sprig
Process
For Chicken Marination
- In a bowl, add chicken, black peppercorns, ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, curd, degi red chilli powder and oil. Marinate it well and set aside for 10-12 minutes.
- Add green chillies, garlic and mix it well.
- Keep it aside for further use.
For Coating
- In a tray or plate, add rice flour, salt to taste, black peppercorns and mix it well.
- Place marinated chicken and coat it well from both the sides.
- Keep it aside for further use.
For Cooking Chicken
- Preheat the airfryer for 8 minutes at 180°c.
- Place the chicken in the airfryer and cook it for 12 minutes at 180°c. Apply oil after 6 minutes, add marinated green chillies and garlic.
- Transfer it to a plate and keep it aside for further use.
For Tempering
- In a wok or pan, heat oil, add garlic and saute for a few seconds on high flame.
- Add curry leaves, roasted garlic & green chillies, black peppercorns and saute it for a minute.
- Add roasted chicken, black peppercorns, curry leaves and toss it well.
- Transfer it to a serving dish, garnish it with lemon wedge and coriander sprig.
- Serve hot.
