CHICKEN AND BEEF STOCK MADE... AND CANNED (FOR BEGINNERS)  

I gathered up all the containers I had in my freezer of chicken and beef drippings; chicken carcass plus vegetable scraps. Now it is canned; shelf stable and out of my freezers.
This video was made for those whom are new to canning; I hope it encourages you and teaches you that learning something you have never done before; can be done and accomplished; with perks of shelf stable food for yourself and your family.
