This delicious one pot chicken and rice dish is a perfect dinner recipe addition for any day of the week and it comes together quickly ,

1 Tbs Vegetable oil
4 Cloves garlic, minced
1 Tsp Ginger, minced
1 Medium red onion, sliced
1 Red bell pepper, sliced or julienne
1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
2 Ripe tomatoes, diced
1 Tbs cumin coriander spice mis
1 Tsp dried thyme
1/2 Tsp dried rosemsry
1 Bay leaf
1 Tsp Tomato paste
2 cups basmati rice, rinsed
3 cups chicken stock or water
1.5 Tsp worcestershire sauce
