Asante sana Chef for another beautiful nutritious dish. Rice is a common side dish for me. I cook a lot of it and love adding different vegetables or beans to make it different and tasty. I even add meat like sausage at times to make it a one pot meal. Your dish is beautiful and the squash is a nutritious colorful addition. I am definitely going to prepare this dish. Never thought about adding lemon juice or zest to my rice. I am loving your channel and will continue to watch. Asante sana so much for sharing your recipes.
