1 tsp fennel seeds
2 tsp coriander seeds
1 mace
1 start anise
1 inch cinnamon stick

3 Cradamom
1 onion(250g)
1 tbsp Ginger paste

1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1-2 Tbsp Chili powder
1 tomato (150g)
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
1/2 cup Yogurt / Curd
500g Chicken
2 cups Basmati Rice
3 cups of water
