Tell you what’s good. 3 eggs. Salt and pepper to taste. Finely chopped white or red onions, tomatoes, chillies, coriander. Mix well with the eggs and fry pan. No need to mix in the pan. Once one side is done turn over the other side of the egg and cook. Medium to low heat. Grab yourself two pieces of bread slightly toasted. And there you go a egg sandwich with a twist. Add ketchup and Mayo. Maybe even a bit of chilli sauce. And a pint of fresh milk goes down so well. 👍🏼
maggi masala is a game changer. first i added a pinch of maggi masala but i liked the flavour so i added a little more. it tasted amazing. it's like egg burji in whit sauce.

I was undecided until you added the dried chilli and cilantro, and then I was totally on board and can't wait to try to make this myself! That said, I also respect your "8-10 cloves garlic" as opposed to the sad "1-2 cloves"
@@darkyetlovely84 Coriander and Cilantro are one and the same plant. The word 'cilantro' is more heavily used in the US and Mexico. 'Coriander' used more in Europe and Australia.
@@mysticseraph2213 thanks, that makes sense. That actually explains a lot when watching other recipes. I didn't even realize the US coriander (often a ground seasoning) was part of the cilantro plant. Apparently, we call the stem and leaves cilantro, and the seed part coriander.
