Crispy cheesy chicken burritos. Got pretty dark on me but I still threw it down on the griddle. Chicken was seasoned with @spanglish_asadero Chile verde and bold citrus. Great flavor combo. Who’s down for one?

I won't lie.. I've never seen that done before but anyone that knows grilled cheese sandwiches know that once you let that cheese crisp up a little, it taste sooo much better. Even if it's just an over drip that gets fried up after mama flips it Hahahahaha

Almost always when there’s two r’s, then that’s when you roll the r. Like *caro* would translate to expensive, and then *carro* would be car :)

Exactly my type of cook. I honestly cant think of a good reason to remove fat. Even leftover fat drippings is worth freezing. Just add the drippings to some rice or pasta on another day. Instant flavor and more nutrition. All those fat soluble nutrients are absorbed better with fat anyways. Little known fact is your heart prefers to burn fat than carbs for energy.
