Makes 10.
For this recipe you will need:
450g boneless chicken, cubed
green chillies chopped to taste
1/4 cup chopped spring onions
1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
1 teaspoon bbq spice
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
salt to taste
oil for greasing the hands
100g cheddar or Mozarella cheese cut into 10g blocks
egg for eggwash
breadcrumbs for coating
Note:
1. Fry on a low heat to ensure the chicken cooks through.
For freezing:
Once crumbed, place on a freezer suitable plate. freeze until hard.
Store in an airtight container.
defrost fully before frying.
