Hello, My 1 month old australorp cockerel isn't eating, there's no symptoms and im afraid it might die from starvation. I gave it rice, but i've been thinking of buying him a new type of food. The Crop looks empty and small and feels like it has rice in it. Anything wrong with it? (Plus there's no sour crop or impact, and he's not sick.)
i have one chicken that is like in her teen years so she is not eating or drinking and getting attacked by one of my roosters so how do i fix that without buying expensive stuff
It could be worms, it could be her body shutting down from old age. I would separate her, but some Poultry Nutridrench (it’s cheap) and see if she’ll eat food beside laying pellets. Cat food (or small dog food), yogurt, meat leftovers are usually all favorites when they’re not feeling well and the protein will be good for her.
My rooster mini and his comb is big and is always cold he never eats is starting to worry me he’s getting skinnier as well I might give mine some wormwood just incause he might have a parasite
Nah who would do that . An surly no one wouldntt wash them poopy eggs in their sink either lol would you rather eat one of them eggs that have been exposed to 1000s of chickens poop .from the store 😂 God bless you I'm so sorry for your lose 😢😢😢😢😢
My hen is not eating and not drinking too its just sleeping and before this problem she just had put a egg without shell which was broken into her stomach and it had put it can u pls tell a solution for this problem mam plsss help us
Sounds like she's probably egg bound. That's really tough to recover from. You could try an epsom salt bath and massage her belly to see if you there are any egg pieces left in her.
