Lovely recipes. Definitely going to try, Btw, contrary to people's beliefs, leaving the chicken in very acidic marinades for too long will NOT tenderize meats. It will start cooking the chicken and have a "ceviche" like effect and make it rubbery. It's better to brine the chicken first, leave it to marinate for about an hour and then grill it. It's been proven through food science that the only thing that really penetrates into meats is salt.
Wash the meat and kind of soak it in a bowl of salted water inside the fridge for few hours. Also add a little vinegar, it will help reduce the bad smell of raw meat. It is called brine. Then later throw away that water and cook the meat after it has come to room temperature. 👍🏼
@@soumyashishdas8779 Do NOT wash the meat. If the chicken has salmonella it can spread onto other foods or utensils while cleaning and it can cross-contaminate.
