Chicken In White Gravy is a super simple chicken gravy that you can make for your week night dinners. Its based on what is called a Béchamel sauce that is just a fancy name for a white sauce that is made with butter and flour that have been cooked together (a mixture that's also known as a roux) and milk. The simplest ingredients that everyone has, and they come together to form a smooth, thick, silky and creamy white sauce. All the dimensions change when you cook fried chicken in this gravy.
