Oil- 1/2 cup
Onions finely chopped- 2 medium sized
Ginger, Garlic and Green chillies paste (small ginger piece, 6-7 garlic cloves, 5-6 green chilli)
White Zeera- 1tsp
Sabut garam masla / All spices- 1 tsp
Chicken- 1/2 kg
Yogurt- 1cup
Salt- 1 & 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes- 1 tsp
Black pepper- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
All spices powder- 1 tsp
Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice- 1tsp
Soya sauce- 1tsp
Chilli sauce- 1tsp
Coriander powder- 1tsp
Onions cubed- 1 large size
Capsicum cubed- 2 medim size
Tomatoes cubed and deseeded- 2 medium size
Cabbage cubed- half& small sized
For Garnish:
Ginger Slices
Green chillies
Coriander leaves
