I’ve never been able to cook rice without boil-in-bag, every time when I’ve tried to do it without this bag it was a disaster, it always came out as one rice-ish mash. Today I’ve tried to cook rice the way you have shown in this video and it was a PERFECTION! Thank you so much showing this method, I loved it!

This meal looks fabulous so I will be making this for dinner over the weekend! I can't wait for this to be over too, I miss my family so much. I told everyone that we will have the biggest cookout ever as soon as we can and now I will have a new recipe to make for all of them. Looks fabulous !! I make something very similar we take the salad and put it on the pita and then the grilled chicken and top it with some tzatziki sauce and serve with the rice !!!
Wow, this recipe for chicken kababs was fantastic. Now that kabab plates are $18, here in LA, I am definitely going to make this food at home. The chicken is so flavorful and not as dry as in the restaurants. I made my own tabbouleh as well, it was a great meal!

I'm lebanese I have tried the recipe it was great and if you like to try the garlic paste that we serve with it:" it's 3 cloves of garlic minced with dash of salt with 1 tspn of lemon juice and little bit of corn oil and 2 tblsp of yogurt mixed well together for a while until fuffy texture " enjoy 👌😋
