Plain Korean fried chicken and plain KFC chicken (tender or bone-in) around 200g
1 onion
3 tbsp Salted soy sauce
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp mirim or 2 tbsp white wine and tbsp 1 gin
2 or 4 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Warm white rice (soft cooking)
