I’m so happy that you visited my kitchen today and I also hope you enjoy all the quick and easy meals from our week. Fall is in the air and I was in the mood for some warm, cozy, comfort food. First I made a recipe that originally came from my precious first grade teacher, Mrs. Leitch. I have such sweet memories of her, she was a very special lady. And what’s more comforting than a batch of pumpkin french toast, eggs, bacon and hashbrowns. Then I ended the week with two “new to me” recipes that I know you will LOVE, Crockpot Beef and Pasta Bake and Chicken Pot Pie Bubble Up Bake! I also show what I did with some leftovers from last week and what my husband made when he was on his own for the night.
