Its a stew chicken.. Well, if you preferred like Japanese receipe, the main thing is use Japanese cooking wine or whatsover, so it becomes the Japanese stew dish.. For the chicken, always boiling the chicken with hot water atleast 5 mins so to clear all the chicken dirt impurities the smell, blood, its not good, and then its save to cook my chicken stew, whatever chicken receipe you guys want to cook.. I'd suggest putting the sweet peas n chinese leeks b4 u add the final seasonings, Ah Pa.( They do not need to cook that long).U can stir in also some cornflour solution to make the stew a glistening glow! Haha.
Cooking simple fresh is hundred x better . Fancy cooking in food network ang other i nternational cooking has so many ingredients not affordable for an ordinary chef .
