I shall try😋. Mahima you are awesome ♥️
Made this today! Really very tasty! ❤ being a Kottayamkaari and hardcore fan of appam and chicken stew, I must say I have never had such a tasty stew before! Thankyou Mahima for this wonderful (no longer) secret recipie of tempering the first extraction milk. 😊
We tried this recipe like this. Super .. Thank you so much. Presentation that is not boring at all. May you be able to come forward in this field with many new Kerala traditional recipes
I tried out this recipe yesterday for iftar. It was so good. When we add the tampering to the coconut milk before adding to the curry, the gravy afterwards is so flavourful. Great recipe indeed💯💞
Hi Mahima! I made this chicken stew today. It reminded me of how my grandmother used to make it back in Kerala. I cannot describe the nostalgia I had making this and serving it to my husband here in the U.S. Your mother's hack of mixing the tempering separately in coconut milk is just incredible. Thank you for what you do! God bless you and the skills He gifted you with ❤
I truly mean it, I've already shared your recipe with a few of my friends and family members 😊 I have a small video or a playlist suggestion - could you compile parts of your existing videos where you talk about such cooking tips (passed down by your mother and such). Those tips are game changing and I'd like to try them all. I kept looking through a few of your videos to find out others 😊 thanks in advance!
It was fabulous.... Wonderful recipe... I have tried it out today ..... Thank you mahima for this amazing recipe......so delicious.... Thanku so much ❤️......
Mahima you never fail to surprise me with your takes on very traditional recipes.First you simplified the procedure. Second you added tomatoes which might upset the purists. But that is what makes you different from the rest of the pack and in my opinion introduces not only colour but also a bit of puli albeit very subtly. And the final touch of adding the tempering to the 2nd extraction of milk and adding it later to the cooking stew is pure genius and makes a world of a difference. You had showed this in an earlier recipe and I now follow it religiously whenever such tempering is to be done.
@@AnilKumar-wu8tl yes ,I wont go to that extent, but I have passion for cooking and food and love to see innovations and variations from the usual traditions.
I am a big fan of Stews and ever since I saw this video, I had that itch to try it out.. And today I made this for dinner, and it was just bliss. Paired it with appam and it was a match made in heaven. Thanks a lot for sharing the recipe.
