Just an easy way of using up odds and ends in the fridge/pantry. Tasty too.

I have to admit that you are a legend around here I don't know of anyone who is not a subscriber of yours...as you may be aware of I started a cooking class which is called Trevor's cooking for one.. although first it was called the toad in the hole club.. however due to popular demand it was changed to Trevor's cooking for one.. Needles to say this Friday's choice for the class is stir-fry...you have definitely got a fan club .as soon as you uploaded your last video all I have had is can you show us how to cook this. I wonder how they would manage if I was not about.to show them.. perhaps this Friday I will let them get on with it and just point out if they are getting something wrong.. Most of them have become very good at cooking for themselves perhaps one of them will take over the class when I leave... I have three neighbors that have never had a holiday in Thier lives . because of reasons they won't talk about...to anyone.. All I get from them is what was it like living on a narrow boat. And what is it like going through harecastel tunnel... soon I hope to show them if every thing goes to plan. My hope is that they can get on and off the boat..I have a friend who is going abroad for a few weeks.and as offered to let me use his boat for a while.. Which I jumped at the chance to take him up on the offer.i explained to him about the people who had never had a holiday and what my plans were for them.. He just said carry on.. I'll make sure my boat is near the tunnel . for you.. when you have finished just ring my son and he will pick it up from you Trev I am looking forward to seeing their faces when we turn up at the boat. I am doing this for them because they have shown me nothing but kindness since I moved into my flat. After my stroke ..for weeks I could hardly walk and talk yet every day one of them would come to see if I needed anything.. very recently they mentioned that the woman who lived in the fat before me was a very kind and understanding person.who they missed when I explained that she was my mother. The look on Their faces was something I will never forget. One of them said that she never mentioned about her living on it narrow boat. Which came as no surprise to me. She always told people that her past was her own business and that was the end of the conversation as far as she was concerned. Anyway Trev as always keep yourself safe and well mate. And if possible don't stop near Coventry I have been informed that a few boats have been broken into lately in that area..

@@wayneharris7534 I have just had a week in the Coventry area, I go there quite regularly and have never had a problem. My friend moors at Swan Lane and never has any problems. I might make another cooking video for next Wednesday. Another one with chicken thighs as chicken is cheap. To think your friends watch that is amazing, and follow the recipes is even more amazing. I will be up near Harecastle again next year I think at the moment. I do have a video on RU-vid of the whole of the Harecastle tunnel using a bow cam.
