This is sooo helpful I prepare everything for the week and give instructions to hubby and when I come back from work there’s food. I work 8-5 so no time for dinner so he makes it now . Thx so much !

Just made the first meal and cannot wait to dig in. I didnt put it under the broiler because it was already nice and golden. I also didnt have time to marinate the chicken and didnt have any lemon juice and some of the seasoning. For my chicken I drizzled in olive oil, added Italian seasoning (because it had some of the things I didnt have), garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper. For the potatoes I used olive oil, salt and italian seasoning. I didnt have garlic on hand so I didnt put that on the pan, but other then that and marinating and seasoning, I followed everything else. Smells awesome 😁

My favorite sheet pan dinner is sheet pan fajitas! Cut up your meat and veggies, toss with a packet of taco or fajita seasoning. You can even make it ahead like a freezer meal! Bake at 350 until your meat is cooked. We do chicken so about 25 minutes. Add about a tbps of honey and some cilantro. Toss and bake another 5-10 minutes. So good!

Kimmie I am so old school that I have a tendency to stick with tried and true recipes. I went on the "wild side" recently and took a semi thawed cut up chicken and put in a casserole dish. I took the powdered onion soup and covered the top of each piece. Started in a 350 oven, uncovered for 30 minutes. The golden brown looked amazing. Then I added 1 can of cream of mushroom and 1 can of water and covered, cooked with oiled foil, so the skin stayed on and cooked for another 45 min. It was heaven!! And was just right with some thick bread to soak up those juices....I am still drooling! Gonna do this.with a tenderloin next. Blessings to you all!!

I love sheet pan dinners because it tricks my picky children. They don’t like casseroles, always want their foods separated. This amounts to multiple pots and pans. With the sheet pan I cook it all together but serve it separate. Pahahaha!

When I do roasted chicken and potatoes, I put all the veggies first then chicken on top. It gives the veggies extra flavor like you said, but the chicken is elevated off the pan and doesn't "fry" in the grease. One of my family's favorite meals.

Marinated my chicken in Sweet Chili Sauce for the better part of the day. Tossed the potatoes and carrots in some olive oil and buttermilk dressing spices.Chicken, potatoes, carrots, and corn heading into the oven. Serving with curry rice and orzo pasta. Thanks for the sheet pan dinner ideas.

My favourite go to sheet pan dinner is chicken breast, cubed sweet potato and broccolli! Once it’s all on the pan I cover in olive oil and “all seasoning” seasoning 👏😋 I grew up with meat and 3 veg, usually mashed potato every night! Loving how easy sheet pan dinners are! ☺️

Vickie Hadley I put it on 200degrees (Im in australia I dont know Fahrenheit) for roughly 30 mins, I use frozen broccolli so if you are using fresh I would leave it out of the oven for the first 15 mins x

I love sheet pan dinners too. So easy. One of my favorites is sausage, pepper and onion for sub sandwich or on hard rolls. Those chicken recipes look good. Will do them. Also I do sheet pan cut up kielbasa, potatoes, cabbage, onions. Making myself hungry!

Kimmy, I will be trying your sheet pan dinners for sure. Our favorite one is a sausage one.cut up sausage , potatoes, bell peppers and onions put in pan ,sprinkle with olive oil and tony thatchers seasoning and bake until potatoes are done ,I serve it with fried eggs. This inspired me to find a porkchop sheet pan recipe for dinner tomorrow. (Would be today, but I'm getting over a migraine and I'm not up to going to the store today.) Will be trying these recipes for sure, but my best friend's daughter is staying with us for a few days, and she's tired of chicken right now. She is stuck here while the rest of her family is several hours away at the nearest Children's Hospital with her twin sister. So I want to make her stay as happy as possible. We've ordered take out 3 times in the last 2 days and my kid is requesting I please cook.

Sausages, baby potatoes, onions (or shallots) mushrooms and bell peppers. Drizzle in olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake at about 180°c (sorry dont know °f) for about 45 mins, tossing once half way through. If your a bit posh, a bit of balsamic vinegar too 🥰

Use SILPAT or generic non stick silicone matt's. Saves on paper. With sticky foods like honey the foil is better.

Question. I've tried so many variations of chicken with veggies on a sheet pan. And I can NEVER get my veggies cooked at the same time as the chicken. The veggies always need significantly longer. I have to remove the chicken so it doesn't dry out, or use two pans so I can take chicken out first. Even the potatoes are still too hard inside. Ugh. It's so frustrating and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Oh...and I'm New to your channel. Love everything I've seen. I'm a family of 8, so sheet pan dinners are a must in my house. Just cant get the timing of veggies right in the oven

Hi we like our chicken well cooked but usually cook it a baking dishes as most of our ovens size up to 60cm with and depth and thats the external sizing but they introducing the 900cm lately but not wall ovens unfortunately....so how moist do your chickens come out on the the baking tray....Thank you....xxx

Could you go over vegetable pairings for us? I'd love to do a sheet pan sausage meal but I'd like to change up the veggies I use each time. I'm not only looking for color ("no color / no flavor"), but I'm also looking to roast veggies that pair well with each other and that I can put some polish sausage with... HELP!!

We do a big sheet pan "campfire" dinner, in our oven. We make up a batch of, what we call, "campfire" seasoning, and use it to coat chicken, potatoes, baby carrots, onions, garlic, and ears of corn, cut into pieces. Of course, coated with olive oil first, then aluminum foil under and over. It is just so delicious and a great one-pan meal. I'm going to try your honey garlic sheet pan dinner, plus add the rice. It looked delicious. Thanks for sharing and have a great day. 🌼🌺🌼
