Biryani I created. This recipe has a lot of different step & in the end everything comes together in a perfect harmony!!!
INGREDIENTS:-
7 LBS Whole 1/2 Chickens
3 Glasses Rice / 2 Measuring Cups = 1 Glass
2 Cups Oil
1 Cup Whipped Yogurt
2 TBL SPN Garlic Ginger Paste
3 MED Onions (chopped)
6 Roma Tomatoes (chopped)
CHICKEN TIKKA MARINATE:-
1 1/2 TBL SPN Salt
1 1/2 TBL SPN Red Chili
2 TSP Garam Masala
2 TSP Turmeric
4 TBL SPN Garlic Ginger Paste
1 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Cup Oil
1/4 Cup SAWAD Food Coloring
Bake @ 400 degrees for 20 to 25 mins covered. Internal temp has tp reach 165 degrees & Then finish it on the BBQ grill.
BIRYANI MASALA:-
1 1/2 TBL SPN Red Chili
1 1/2 TBL SPN Salt
1 1/2 TBL SPN Coriander Powder
1 TBL SPN Garam Masala
1/2 TSP Turmeric Powder
1/2 TBL SPN Cumin Powder
3 BLK Cardamom Pods
2 Bay Leaves
1 Cinnamon Stick
KACHUMER SALAD:-
2 MED Onions
2 Roma Tomatoes
2 Cucumbers
1 Bunch Cilantro
1 Lemon
Salt & Pepper To Taste
CILANTRO RAITA:-
1 Bunch Washed Cilantro
2 Cups Yogurt
2 Small Green Chilies
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Black Pepper
Blend It Together
YELLOW FOOD COLORING:-
Make the desired amount of SAWAD food coloring, following the recipe instructions from the bottle & add a few drops of lemon juice, oil & a few strands of SAFFRON.
