A chicken tikka sizzler is a dish where Chicken Tikka is served on a heated plate and is served with onions. The dish is also known and eaten in Afghanistan Chicken tikka is a popular Indian chicken dish. Small pieces of boneless marinated in a mix of yogurt and spices and later baked using skewers in a clay-based oven called a tandoor.

Ingredients
1 lbs boneless chicken cubes
1 tbsp coriander pdr (optional)
1/2 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp ground cayenne pepper or chilli pdr
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 small onion, ,tomato ,bellpepper
1 to taste salt
2 tbsp sour cream or curd
Directions
• Cut chicken into small cubes,
• wash nicely and apply lemon juice and spices as shown
• Mix well and then keep the chicken pieces in this marinade for about 2 hours in the refrigerator.
• Put the chicken and other vegetables onto skewers and cook in moderately hot tandoor for about 6 to 8 minutes, keep basting the chicken pieces with butter and cook until slightly colored and cooked.
• Remove and serve hot sprinkled with chaat masala.

Hi sanjay!! i made this at home and turned out really well...Can you please tell what should the texture of kababs be ...should they be juicy inside with good color(charred appearance)outside or are they usually hard and rubbery coz they are cooked untill charred...plz do reply
