Chicken Tikka Masala (better than butter chicken) 

Chicken Tikka Masala is one of the great UK dishes that caters for the British need for a good Indian meal, but with plenty sauce. Not too hot (Although, you can spice it up as much as you like), its fantastic to knock up when you have friends over.
It's very similar to butter chicken and was supposedly invented in Glasgow
