I made this by following the recipe in the description bar which said 1 cup rice= 1.25 cup water ratio, this made my palao mushy. I was going through the comments now and noticed Ayesha wrote 1 cup rice = 1 cup water ratio. The flavour was nice and subtle but some flavour was missing, I can’t figure out what is missing but it can definitely be improved
Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your rice came out mushy. I like my rice to be super soft. For the Pulao I add .25 more as I add chicken to it. Have you gave it extra 10 min on warm? It is more like a dum and then spread on a plate to air dry if that make sense. With regards to the flavour I am not sure what do you mean missing flavour? This is instant recipe made in high pressure it won’t taste as real yakhni Pulao. Please share what can be added. I would be more then happy to do the adjustment and record new version to it.
