Chickpea Meatballs In Tomato Sauce / Gheymeh Rizeh Nokhodchi / قیمه ریزه نخودچی

Ingredients:
Meatballs
Ground Beef Or Lamb : 300 Gr
Grated Onion : 1 Large
Chickpea Flour : 1/2 Cup
Dried Mint : 1 Tbs
Black pepper : 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric : 1/2 Tsp
Spice (Advieh) : 1/2 Tsp
Salt : 1/2 Tsp
Tomato Sauce
Tomatoes (Coarsely Chopped) : 4 Medium
Chopped Onion : 1 Large
Tomato Paste : 1 Tbs
Potato (Cubed) : 1 Large
Turmeric : 1/2 Tsp
Spice (advieh) : 1/2 Tsp
Salt : 1 Tsp
Water : 2 Cups
Veg oil
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, grated onion, chickpea flour, dried mint, turmeric, spice, salt, and black pepper.
then divide the meat mixture into small meatballs.
Pour 1/3 cup veg oil into a frying pan and let it heat up.
Add onions and Sauté until soft and golden.
Add salt, turmeric, spice and tomato paste and fry well.
Add potatoes and water and stir.
Finally, add the tomatoes.
cover and bring it to boil.
Gently drop the meatballs into the tomato sauce, cover, and cook them for 30 minutes over low flame.
