DeAndre talked about how important a Super Bowl was to him a couple years ago. Tennessee had money and had just come off a playoff run, so he went there. I think people are underestimating how much motivation he still has to get that ring and how much gas is left in the tank. I'm very happy to have a quality human being and player like him come in with great hands and route running ability. Honestly have nothing but respect for Tennessee letting him go.
The Chiefs will go on a deep playoff run this season. Whether they win the super bowl or not in 2025 the Chiefs' potential offensive roster next year if everybody wants to go on another super bowl run and doesn't chase money: Mahomes, Kelce, Pacheco, Hunt, JuJu, Hollywood, D-Hop, Worthy, Rice. Does that even seem fair?
@@GulfShoresVacationGuideexactly what I was thinking, DHop might only have like 500 yds and 6 TDs this year, but they will all probably be important situations and red zones opportunities.
I also believe this move is more about the postseason than it is right now If Hollywood Brown is back, and JuJu is back, and Add DeAndre Hopkins plus Worthy and Kelce is Playoff Kelce that WR is now loaded..Thats not invluding Noah Gray or them letting Hardman do what he does best..Jet sweeps,etc..Gadgety..Than u throw in Isaiah Pacheco and Kareem Hunt and Caige Steele at RB ur liaded..They just gotta figure out the offensive line woes😊
I'm with you Dan I was like no to Hopkins but the guys I'd like to see are gone and thank you so much for showing us what you see Andy and Mahomes will use him for and I now like it! I can see what your saying and we need it with Rice out for the year. good work Dan
I think they should have spent the money for Cupp, who could be a long term addition. Hopkins is, at best, going to have one more good run in him. Even so, I am really glad he realized KC needed some help at WR and was willing to make a move.
So happy some of the best hands in the league. I don't really think he is hurt as bad as they think was just on a crappy team. I think he'll be close to 700 to 800 yards half way through the season.. love this pick up
I guess I'm not as hyped about this as others. He has a partially torn MCL and has said it'll take up to a year to heal. This isn't the same DHop. I guess that's why he was a little cheaper but I would have still rather had Cooper. I also think they still need another WR like DRob to take Moore's reps.
you're going to be so wrong, he's gonna light it the fk up, it's the andy reid effect, take a once good player, put him on a bad team, he sucks, bring him to andy and he's magically good again. You already saw this with reem, they bout to do it again, he just needs to stay healthy.
It maybe me but I don’t remember Dhop ever being a deep threat. I heard somewhere that the Titan had some metric that said Dhop was just as fast now than when he was with the cardinals. TK is still number one.
Dude this offense when/if everybody can get healthy Rice, Hollywood, Worthy, Hopkins, Kelce, Pacheco, Hunt, with complementary pieces like JuJu, Watson, and Gray.
Skyy Moore is the new Demarcus Robinson. Plays so bad he's about to go get a contract from the Raiders in the offseason and then be cut. What is with chiefs fans comparing our best players to the dudes that were liabilities on the field for whole seasons for us?
Anyone else just a bit… meh on this? Would've been amazing 2 years ago, but he's not that guy any more. Surely he'll look better on the Chiefs than the Titans, but I don't think it's gonna be a full turnaround
Kinda shows your privilege and entitlement if you honestly were saying don’t trade for Dhop that says a lot pretty sure you were advocating for cooper kupp when he’s injury prone af yea not watching this channel anymore
Why would I vote for any Chief stadium funding, when Lamar Hunt Jr. the owner, is putting out radio ads to defeat a pro-choice voter initiative ballot this November? Why would I give corporate welfare to a man who wants to take away my body autonomy and right to choose? Does Travis and Taylor know about this? Wait until the women in my state find out---he might as well just move the team to Johnson County Ks----but they won't put up with this nonsense either.
Actually, Kansas appears ready to do quite a bit more to get the Chiefs to move there, than Missouri appears ready to do to keep them in Missouri. Kansas Democrat Governor Laura Kelly surely isn't happy with the political spending you mentioned, but she's not going to let that get in the way of what's financially good for the state. Happy Election Season.
@@mattfrancis7330 Correct! And just wait until the progressives in our city hear about this----being America, we don't have to ever approve another stadium handout to a billionaire who wants to discriminate against 51% of the population. And we won't. I promise. Go to Wyandotte County, Lamar, and don't let the door hit ya on the way out.
