i love this song! my favourite. and i guess the name came from this song for the band when they chanced InearteD. -and everybody knows where this songs name came from
This is definetly one of their best live performances ever. Along with Tokyo Warhearts! And who cares he forgot the lyrics. In this way they stay themselves and not some fucking playback band.
@onouh No, they chanced their name before this song were made. They chanced it because they wanted to get rid of that recording contract with that crap record label. They told them that the band had borken up and they will quit. Then they chanced their name and signed the contract with Spinefarm records and then they released Something wild album in 1997. That Children of bodom song is in the album called Hatebreeder. It's their second studio album. And it was released in 1999. :)
he was standing in the bus and like "Oslo! You fucking rock!" And when we came to close to him his lifeguard started to push us back and try and close the bus door. Eventually the door shut :(... anyway, i got to meet Roope too, and he was just standing around and we were talking to him and stuff, because way more people recognize Alexi than Roope, so me and two other people were standing there talking to him while most other people were just standing around like nothing :P
he isn't getting tired... this is early in the start when CoB started to play. but ofc maybe he is tired. but i doubt he's tired of a "long" concert. because it have just started for CoB^^ they had only played Sixpounder and Deadninght Warrior before this:)
@pppoooppp oh nice !! yea actually my #1 spot is like a tie between CoB, Death and Megadeth (the first 4 albums tho) haha oh yea thats true but they still sounded pretty good to me tho, i guess it was because the first time i saw them live or even heard of them so i wouldnt know how theyr supposed to sound haha
@pppoooppp oh yea thats right, i guess i was too out of it to notice haha seriously, i wanna hear this song with the solo, and a couple more songs from something wild other than lake bodom. itd be sweet if they played deadnight warrior live. i was kinda walking around trying to find a good view, i was on the right next to the sound board and then moved to the middle and ended up on the left side. the pit was fucking huge !! it was pretty hard to get to the front tho :(
roope gave a lot of promotion to children of bodom, as he already was very famous in finland but I think that when alexander was in the band their live shows were a lot tighter, I don't know if it was because of alexandor or It's because alexi is getting old.
@slazinger yeah it was probably because they were early on (well fairly early on) in their career so Alexi would have practised alot more back then, but with all the drinking and the mucking around i guess hes gotten a little sloppy in some performances. Still hes amazing at the guitar and live performances still seem rocking, and they working on their next album now so lets see what happens!
so what if the video is "so old" AxuGh3? Are you a Bodom fan or not? If not, then be quiet-why are google+ people so rude? Anyway,in honor of the departure of Roope Latvala, the song that explains what COB is all about-long live COB!! \m/
SONDRA IACOBACCI You dont understand. I mean This video is uploaded on youtube in 2005, so its one of the oldest youtube videos ever. I know this is 2003 live or something like that and i dont care that.
@pppoooppp that makes sense lol yea man i wanted to go to the front so fuckin bad but it was near impossible, too many bodies haha oh really ?? thats awesome !! yea Obscura was pretty fucking down, those Germans sure know their metal
Hmm, i take it that you like slayer and stuff like that, but just remember this when you're listening to all your 'METAL' CoB are in the unholy alliance along with slayer...
hmm thats his ESP right? thats wierd cause I thought he changed after Roope came in the band and they recorded Hate Crew Deathroll with a Jackson.. I must be wrong then...
