Una de mis comidas favoritas; después del pozole!!! Me encantan los chiles rellenos! En mi país también le ponen carne molida adentro.... y saben!!! Uff 🤤
Perfection at its finest! Like always your videos are much appreciated. Thanks for making cooking look so fun and enjoyable. I admire you. Thanks Jenny I'm serious.
I think it's very cute how you yell. Kind of like Rachael Ray or some other famous chefs that sort of yell at the audience. In the beginning it's grating but then I start to like it. Also you're super adorable and your enthusiasm is great
Oh my gosh! I got a "recipe" for chili rellenos from my husband's Irish grandmother about 35 years ago, NOTHING like this! It uses canned green chilies and its made like a casserole. Its good, but oh boy, I'm gonna have to try this, THIS looks like the real deal here! My mouth is watering!!
with the extra egg mix, you can mix it with Shrimp powder before you toss it on the pan. make little round shrimp cakes. Im not fan of it but my Grandma would make that with the leftover egg.

When I lived in New Mexico there were lots of Hatch chiles as well. I never got to learn how to make a chile relleno casserole. I had a chile rellano in a burrito before though. Wonder if there is anyone who can make the chile rellano casserole on YT.
Oh my goshhhh Jenny you made them big n beautiful yummy my mouth is watering lol!! One of my favorite dishes! Can you make a video of different types of salsa's please? Love your videos ❤️👍🤗
My mother in law makes me really really good ive tried other Chile Regenos and nobody could ever compare to hers now I'm craving some lol but yours look delicious too only if we could all try them out though the phone lol
You make them like my Mom did. Only she used Anaheim chilis and cheddar cheese slabs. Which would be thinner, making them easier to handle. She would serve them piled high serving dish. We would grab them and eat them by hand or on your dish with salsa or my favorite- in a tortilla with or without refried beans.
I ran across you believe it or not I was looking for a tempura batter but for some reason you came up on the video I just so happen to have peppers I watched your video then copied step by step damn these were so good !!! Yo go girl !!
They look delicious, but to my liking their missing caldito de salsa de tomate gives it a bit more flavor. Tip add shredded left over cheese to the left over egg whip for a delish cheese torta de huevo.
Hi Jenny, is the liquid shortening from Costco’s the Kirkland Signature Manteca Vegetal Liquida y Cremosa red and white carton or Kirkland Creamy Liquid Shortening white and orange carton and also which Costco do you get it at as I’ve looked for either one and they don’t have it I live in San Dimas and go to the Glendora location. Appreciate your reply thank you
Tik tok follower 😁 now RU-vid follower. How would you go about doing this with an electric stove? I hate electric stoves but I have to deal with what I have for now 😫
Umm Chile Pasilla is NOT the same thing as Chile poblano .. the poblano pepper is what is used for stuffed peppers .. you can use pasilla but it is not the same thing !
Don't forget to throw the peppers, Winnie, onion and avocado, cheese, bread, banana,Ect..to the camera man,who takes the video a long way to understand the understanding.😂😂😂❤🥳😊 God Bless..
Love your recipes, Jenny, but using jack cheese is not the way to go. It's too greasy and mushy. My friend makes them with Cotija cheese, and it's the best I've ever had. Your recipe is great, but to anyone wanting to make it use Cotija, not jack.
