Thanks for the review Sean. I did not see any mention of what they did to improve the design? It sounds like there used to be a lot of leaks... did the company do anything specific in the design/or process to address this? AKA modification to the product in some way? Or is it the identical unchanged product, but they claim the QC will catch it... If QC will catch it, did the say the source of the original problems and exactly what measures are in place to ensure errors not made now? For example, there was a sticking error, a glue error, some supplier issues, etc... I could not tell from review, exactly how company has addressed the quality issues of the product.... perhaps if they provided that, you could elaborate... I DO love your review, I was just unsure if company response was hot air, or if they can show a clear explanation to what the problems were from , and how they fixed them... Thanks
I came from chili cube and then ooler. The ooler start screaming middle of the night and out of warranty. There are RU-vid videos of my ooler screaming. Chilipad won’t repair it so I have to buy the dock pro now. Is the ooler water reservoir larger than the dock pro? Not a fan of the monthly subscription for the app.
I'm so conflicted 😢 I would really love to save over $1000 by using the Dock Pro instead of the 8Sleep, but who knows what will happen with this company in the next year or so. Great video!
Hello! I totally understand. For what is worth, we have been using the Chili Sleep systems for many years and have not had any issues. I would think things are going in the right direction now. But, we have also been using the 8 Sleep without any issues as well. Either system will treat you well.
I was looking at thr chilipad but was wondering if there was something newer that could work while still being relatively cheap. Would you still recommend the chilipad? Also would it work in hot and humid climates ive seen reviews in mire dry climates so was wondering
I just got myself the sleep pro mattresse pad to replace the old "standard" pad that was on my Cube.. I have to add water to the Cube unit every night... I am NOT seeing water anywhere!? LOL WHere is this water going to??
I am having EXACTLY the same issue! The cube isn't staying filled for even half the night. Whereas when I first got it, it would stay filled for a couple of nights
When this company was ChiliSleep, I purchased 2 Me's for my husband & myself because we have adjustable beds & then 1 ME for my Niece in 2022. Our Niece's pad had a leak but the company totally replaced it. I am NOW purchasing a WE which Im feeling confident in the company name change for my long time friend (they should be getting within last week in Nov.2023). In between the hot flashes for the females & the males being able to rest better, this product has truly made a difference.....Heck, if it hadn't I would NOT be spending this amount of our hard earned money. oh, FYI, when I go to my Doctors I seem to ALWAYS mention how this product has helped. NOOOO, I'm NOT paid for this..(wish the Hell I was) FYI for ya'll I'm also NOT related to anyone in this company. lololol
Did your new system arrive? I would like to order one but am hesitant until I see that they are shipping new units to the general public rather than just free units to influencers. Please advise. Thank you!
New system is here and doing great. About a month in and no issues. Plus, I can reach out to customer service without issue. Thank goodness! @@voiceofannetta
@@Engearment Sorry, I thought I was asking the question to the first person that posted a comment. I’m trying to see if they are currently shipping new units that people are actually paying for. I can’t find a single person that says they have ordered and paid for a unit in the last 30 days and received it.
