this is one of my favorite feel good short yoga practices that I do often so it only felt right to share it with all of you! subtle moments of dynamic stretching and activation will guide you into soft space for deeper openings that will allow you the chance to relax and feel comfortable. this class places it's focus on external rotation and hip flexion for bigger poses like double pigeon.
