been watching you guys for like 11,12 years now love the content your putting out Rachel , Dan and Gee were the reason i gave mountain biking a go as a kid, but watching Dan ride now looks like he's enjoying it so much more then he ever did when racing , that nosey to manual up the step up bridge thing was fucking insane , dudes got so much style when he's having fun , makes a DH bike look like a BMX

If I had a 1/10” of your guy’s skills I would be a happy man. Sat here with my arm in a sling and a busted collar bone after deciding to teach myself how to do the big boy jumps at the local bike park during lockdown. Perhaps 51 is a bit to old but I had fun trying.😁

Watching you on the race track all these years has been (in your words) "absolutely mental," so getting to see you and your brothers/crew just play is such a fun contrast. Great to see you are recovering well and perhaps most importantly having a good time while doing it. Request - can you do a video that includes jumping technique?? I think I speak for a lot of us with years of riding experience that jumps still feel a bit mysterious... like what is a good baseline body position, when do we pop, how much do you bunny hop on the lip... how do you never ever ever again endo in the air?! Would love to see you put words to how you ride those jumps!

I've shattered my ankle and femur and the best way to get the strength back is to keep doing your phiseo exercises every day but only ride hard one day and give yourself a couple days rest so your muscles can heal. After about a year send it all you want. Collagen, lots of protein and creatine to get as much water to the muscles helps too.

My 2 year old has just started peddling his frog bike (used without pedals at first to learn to balance!) he's now asking to watch mtb videos all the time so will show him this and let you know what he thinks, I warn you though he's very critical 'that ones boring, that's to slow' etc.....i got a commencal meta AM back in 2012 but it died on me a few weeks ago so in the market for a new bike... It's a minefield. Have to look into your bikes 🤨

Nice to watch! Chill for you is just "...whaaat?!" for me as I just learn jumping. Dan jumping so high is a thrill to watch although for some jumps I had to bent my neck to follow his twists 😊

Amazing. Been riding clips since the 90s. Will never go back even if it means not clipping out quick enough sometimes. Not worrying about your feet jumping around gives you so much more confidence. The only downside is losing confidence can be a nightmare as you always think you're gonna topple.

Great to see you back riding in the clips, bet it felt amazing compared to flats. Waiting myself to get back on them, but not sure yet if the knee is built back strong enough. Think you guys need to start a Dyfi Bike Park YT channel and put up previews of all the trails so people can see all of them and the variety.

I'd give anything to be able to ride in the Atherton train down 50 Hits, that was sick to watch. Rach, try runnin' your cleats all the way back (less strain on the Achilles as I'm sure you noticed :) and tight to the inside, the wider stance is easier on the knees and gives you more room between the knees to move the bike around. Happy to see you back shredding the trails and looking forward to seeing you race again. Rubber side down. Peace
