CHILLIES - THREE SIMPLE WAYS OF PRESERVING

In my video I will show you my crop of chillies and what I do to preserve them for use through the autumn and winter months, though we always have enough to get us through until the next crop!
I cover drying them, putting them in oil and making chilli powder. My methods will help you not to waste what you have grown as once chillies start to ripen you will have far too many to eat them all fresh. This way you can share them friends and family!
