This album is so good! I didn't like Chimaira at all before, but Lamb of God had this as one of their favorite videos last year, so I bought the album....damn...every second is great!
i have to agree, it took me quite a few listens of the whole album tolike it. its definately different to what they're used to producing but ive learned to like it
the drummer dosen't even have a bell on his kit and he acctually uses the whole kit in this song. if you had seen the making of the new album, you would see how much the keyboardist is involved in every song (also this one). The new album isen't as fast and heavy as the other albums, but it's new and different! yea I would say that after their album: resurrection in 2007, they may have lost a few listeners.. I didn't like the new album at first, but now that it has grown on me.. I love it!
@jambii thanks alot man like i can keep up with most cannibal corpse i just slur a bit, and i have trouble with the faster and higher growls, i cant scream unless im home alone tho but my lungs can put out one bitch of a scream,yea man i just struggle making it deep as fuck but also smooth-ish, wen it comes to LOG i struggle the whole time this i can do ok usualy and A7x i can do easily exept for the clean singing.
@rkellypee Im 14, you think i can make da cut?my vocals are "ok" i guess u cant barely understand shit from what im saying cuz theyre so deep and i cant do em very high even tho my voice is high, I sound somewhat like chris barnes cannibal corpse's old singer just rougher and a bit lighter. that sound good?
Chimaira brings nothing to the table for this song, the drummer has a huge set with all the bells and whistles but does nothing with it, the guitarist generally plays the same note the whole song, you cant hear the keyboardist at all, and the singer lost his range. chimaira went down hill for this album
