When I lived in Cleveland, my neighbor did fire extinguisher service, and he used to tell me about going to the zoo to service the extinguishers there. You hadda run like the Dickens down the service aisle behind the monkey cage because they'd throw shit at you🤣
Honestly probably pretty fucked in the head if theyre in captivity and would snap at seemingly insignificant shit... look closer at the background vegetation- it's literally just to cover the corrugated metal wall 😔... these things are highly intelligent and need massive acreage to properly exist
He's tryna tell him he's a weak sauce for not catching that rope and the old dude ain't havin any weaklings in his troop. Well that's how I translated the situation
He trying to prove he's the alpha but I didn't see a sick roll when the big chimp landed... all I'm saying is that he should step down with some weak ass landing like that
Pollyanna? Wtf is that 😳 I thought the momma joint was gonna just start beating the baby to death tbh that's the shit they do, they'll rip the arms and legs off of you lol
@@wadecrowdis9623 how do you know this isn't a sanctuary tho how do you know these monkeys were injured and this place rescued them and got them back in good health...yall liberals are seriously ignorant af just looking to start an argument about nothing 🤦♂️ I bet yo ass has went to the zoo and aquarium PLENTY of times! Sit tf down lady
Shit i thought the same thing till I went back and watched it again. Big dude was after him the while video and that was just when he decided to end the shenanigans lmao
@@bigd2098 No, just pointing it out to the people who confuse chimpanzees for monkeys is good enough for me. You are more than welcome to stay upset and emotional over my comment tho. 👌👍
Great footage you caught there, and great job at the females trying to protect the little one. This is not uncommon behavior in champanzee society, I loved how they both tried to protect him but also respected the hierarchy of the dominant male.
@@Inquisitor_Vex not even necessarily if a lion isn't hungry and you don't bother it the chances of him ignoring you are high but a chimp may chase and attack you out of nowhere just to maim and mutilate you and leave you alive for the hell of it
After watching this documentary about chimps, they scare me more than ever now. They can be some vicious and extremely violent creatures! Which I already knew, but now it's on a whole different level.
For real though, same exact thing with me, and I fckin hate those things. If those things were running around everywhere.. It would be all bad. I don't even wanna type out the messed up things that would happen.
@@nobodyhere6902 @100 years ago i disagree. Humans have the largest and most developed neocortex/frontal lobe. We are biological cousins but what's interesting is there is still the "missing" human component in them, which part of it is humans have a brain much more developed. I don't think chimps/apes really reflect human society as a whole. I think you'd have to look at specific societies/civilizations, and only certain aspects of human society to make it comparable to specific things and I think the only way you can compare it is when "survival" is in question. Human society is only primal and animalistic in certain areas, such as survival scenarios. You have different parts of your brain, like the midbrain is the primal, "reptilian" part of your brain that says like "go" "stop" "fight" "run." It's where your primal instincts come from like fight/flight. Thanks to our developed frontal lobe, we have the ability to think rationally with complexity and problem solving and dissect things analytically. We are not controlled entirely by the midbrain, the brain interacts with different areas within itself, such as the midbrain to the prefrontal cortex. Which is likely why humans are so put together. Less developed brains mostly operate purely on primal instincts, which is survive, eat, procreate. Humans are too developed to have that be human society in a nutshell, I think to put it that way only focuses on a small area and not the bigger picture. Humans are capable of goals, aspirations, complex emotions, drive for success, willingness to learn, play/write music, build things, etc. Society though is more than just primitive qualities. Places like prisons are one example of operating on primitive survival but many of those inmates are still very human that have the human component. Humans still have the ability though for empathy, altruism, and high levels of consciousness- which is probably a whole different conversation you could have. Not to mention, I guarantee if you live in a city or a neighborhood, most of those people don't act like psychopathic apes. Civilization is Civilized society. Its come a long way, and morals and values have been developed over thousands of years. Humans _are_ still biological mammals so there's gonna be brief periods where someone's survival takes over, but again no other animal in the world has the human component and are as advanced and civil like we are. No offense but I think its really pessimistic to imply that society- everyone is animalistic and psychopathic.
@bruh bruh gorillas are peaceful for the most part. You are also thinking of chimps. Chimps have been known to sneak into villages and steal babies for food. Chimps are terrifying.
You can see in the beggining the adult male is already tracking the young one. Also interesting how the females immediately coalition in order to stop the aggression while safeguarding the baby one was playing with, near the glass. Awesome stuff.
All we need to do is inject apes with drugs that make them smart but kill us and devolve us. And then we have to have a mother ape get shot, give the baby to a scientist, have the scientist raise the baby, make the baby bite someone finger off, ape gets thrown in ape jail, gets his ass kicked, ape makes connections in jail, ape gets abused, ape gets smart juice, ape unleashes it on other apes in jail, ape gets beaten and then says no, then ape frees apes, apes liberate zoo apes, apes attack Los Angeles, apes go to bridge, ape unleashes his tactical superiority over humans, humans run, apes win.
bro at first i was so damn focused on the cuteness of the momma (im assuming) playing w the baby i didnt even NOTICE THE SHIT IN THE BACK AND THAT MOMMA TURNED AROUND AND SAID " LEAVE THAT BABY ALONE STUPID" lmaoo
One of the funniest things i've seen in a while 😭😭... He was trynna sneak up on him and sucker punch him but he got away for a little. Then he tried disrespecting him by doing the swing and roll like "You see i'm too Nice You couldn't get me" He just waited under the platform like "i already know what you're gonna do Lil nqqa imma beat yo ass"
@@johntrains1317 he was scared because chimps are incredibly vicious, even to each other. They will bite each others' fingers, hands, and even private parts off.
