Exactly! As soon as a vehicle, departs the Earth’s surface, it’s no longer a car, it’s an airplane, and we have plenty of those flying around. Cheers 🥂
We’ve been hearing about flying cars for decades….last couple of years, there’s been plenty of news about “approved” and “cheap” flying cars….and yet there are zero cars flying in my city of Dallas. Anyone see them in your city?
They are operating in China and air taxi's just got final approval for in Toronto, Canada, and Lillium has gotten approval in the EU, I expect we'll see them everywhere soon.
This is not a flying car. It can not transition to a vehicle with wheels therefore is simply a personal quadcopter. Also with only a thirty-minute flight time and 80 mile-an-hour speed that means it can only fly 40 miles kind of crappy if you ask me.
This looks more like a paid announcement with unrealistic time lines, (just send money). Certainly don't need the inserted annoying woosh sound between cad generated flying scenes, but they do look amazingly real. Also notice the motors are different form ones that may be flying to show model. Fun to watch and may spark more interest and imagination.
This is a copy of Jetson one developed by a Polish inventor in the US. Check the launch dates and dates of first flights. Almost identical. See for yourself: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FzhREYOK0oo.htmlsi=pr3pl0AT1YJ11-qV
Basically you specialized in adding past routine available inputs and speak very little on the featured flying car. You could finish of the minutes Inna few minutes instead of making people spend more time listening to your crap. Basically objective is to get more adds in this program. The cost is in the last 2 minutes.
OK, so 99 % of cars have 1 person in them.... My concept of the perfect flying car is a "snap on snap off" 1-person lite weight electric cart with a separate top fitting powerful snap on/off drone. When you get close to where you fly into you can snap off the cart and drive to where you need to go. You own the cart but the expensive drone is rented and arrives from the drone port ready to go. Keep the cost low and always have a fully charged snap on drone ready to go. Lots of Drone Ports (Think the new gas station) everywhere storing drones ready to go. On a long trip you just stop at a drone port and switch out the drone for one fully charged. 99% of people could afford this! Keep it simple...... use what we have.... Once perfected this will totally disrupter old fashion expensive cars, clogging up highways and save environment at same time. Let’s snap on a lite cart to a powerful drone (like Volvocopter 18 blade super structure} and make it work for everyone. I AI CONTROLS WITH GPS SHOULD MAKE THIS AN AUTONOMOUS PILOT FROM POINT A TO B...... JUST TELL ALEXIS WHERE YOU WANT TO GO........ Then the whole trillion-dollar highway infrastructure budget can now be used to bulldoze down slums and build quality affordable homes with a drone port on the roof….! WOW….! WE NEED TO THINK SMALL INORDER TO GO BIG! I think this is totally feasible right now for under $10,000 plus monthly rental fees? A lot better than $250,000 which no one can afford. But I love the X2... Just can not afford it ever.... Please make a cheap model.
Its not the fear of flying, its the fear of crashing! With all these drones there is a massive reliance on computer controlled systems, for flight stability. Yes they work, when they work, but it could be very dangerous to be underneath one, that has failed and is rapidly falling out of the sky!
If the Drone/Flyer can lift an E-Birdy glider up to alititude in autonomous mode, it'd make for a dynamic duo. Huge potential if a compact electric glider doesn't need a runway and be launched and received by the drone (or even recharge while in air).
I wish they would stop saying flying car. A car has 4 wheels and can drive on a road. A flying car would drive on roads and also fly. Come up with a relevant suitable name, such as large drone copter.
