Asia is a Continent with several Nations who seem to feel they can benefit from Trade instead of Confrontation? The ability of China to enable them to get decent returns on their resources, is apparently creating good effects for those nations? BRICS has taken most of the former Colonies that enabled the G-7 nations lifestyles, and created a Trade Union from them. One observation. China sincerely believes that economics play a central role in world politics, and despite its ancient roots, Chinese foreign policy culture is also a product of Marxist thinking which emphasizes the economic base is vital in relation to the political superstructure. That give insights to explain why China never give up under sanction and always strive to develop and become top-notch in high tech areas, be it sanctioned or not.

China will continue to have great influence on middle east or west Asia as it is called. They have shared projects greening the desert, technology for new energy & promoting peace & prosperity throughout the region, to name a few. Don't worry about AI companies going to USA right now. This may well be due to bribes that won't carry the day for long. USA has very little to offer now & most everyone can see this. Someone is needed to find a way forward for Palestinian people. MBS & Arab League will do themselves proud to be part of this.

I saw that Mossad would have recently threatened a judger of International Criminal Court. I don't know if it is true or not. I know that Israel seems to isolate itself while destroying palestilians. I'm no military expert, but I have to say that if China was to send some navy down the the Red Sea to open Bab al-Mandab, that would win over a lot of people. If I understand correctly, China relies on large numbers, which should be a good counter to the Houthi's Shaheds, and if nobody else, Syria and Sudan would be thankful that the humanitarian aid they need would finally be getting through again.

True that China has gained much influence in the ME through its diplomatic channels and economic initiatives. That will make her proposal for a separate Palestinian state even harder to achieve. The US administration will vehemently oppose it as the realisation of this proposal will mean another feather on China’s cap. It will bring the Arab world closer to China. The US administration cannot allow it to happen for geopolitical reasons. As it is, China and Russia are buddies, ASEAN appears to be leaning towards China, it will be disastrous to their hegemonic status if the Arab countries switch allegiance.
