Christianity is on the rise in China, which is a clear trend as proven by Wikipedia sources, but I too don't see it to become a reality where it roses to becoming a Christian nation, persecutions and government pressure aside, it is the sole cultural beliefs and consensus built by the Chinese passed down from the ancestors, religion would never be our priority list to look forward in life. Second of that is that although there are good islamic teachings like the donating 2% of income to the poor and ramadhan to reflect the poor living experiences, but I could 100% assure u this would not be popularised even if Chinese were to converted to Islam, cause our cultural beliefs love money so much that we see nothing prioritise over them, Ramadhan which would affects our earning capabilities and capacity? Hack no, that's why I pinpointed that even if we were to become an Islamic state these teachings were meant to be abolished, maybe we can chg the contents of the QURAN lol ( no offense, but that's what The chinese would do) If Islam must to come to China it must accept it's fate of sinicization, where certain practices must be changed, like Ramadhan, the charity system and Most importantly, Consumption of pork, PORK in fact is not seen as just mere meat in Chinese culture, it is seen as the sign luxurious and wealth, Pork far outweighs the other meat when it comes to Chinese taste preference.
