I'm a resident of St Andrew and St James and mi feel so happy for St Thomas. Neva vote yet but come next General election I will be voting GREEN. @@nikkiboy011 Hearts NCTVET have recently become free up to level 4, and there are several grants for business development from NIS and now hearts. I am happy for this but i think the criteria to get the grants for NIS need some work on. More focus should be place on early childhood, primary, and secondary Education now and stop underfunding it. That would be amazing.

Trust me, it's not a prestige to have KFC in St Thomas. KFC is located where the worst food and high obesity rate exist. If you can see St Thomas local cook shops being put out of business, food quality being decreased that you guys pride yourself about, as well as money leaving the parish instead of circulating in it? Then i guess that's what you prefer. Not all things that glitter is gold.

@@godfavorsme5559 Which one doesnt? St Thomas food isnt diabetic, carcinogenic, GMO nor oily. Perfect balance of spices and food grown in the parish. ST Thomas also doesnt have an obesity problem. The healthiest food is local food and St Thomas are among the best cooks and eat the most local food.

Andrew deserve a third term please my fellow Jamaicans make the right choice,growing up ST Thomas was just a back a bush place bad road and no development, me use to get mocked and teased by my peers in the city bout how my parish boring and back a time but look at it now, Fenton Ferguson have a lot to answer for but leave that to judgment day
The perfect Jacob and Esau example of the first becomes the last and the last the first...St Thomas will be one of the most modern City in this part of the hemisphere which is great.
Alot of ground work over the past months now we starting to see the lay out I don't think that bpo building will be torn down it was never used after millions of dollar spent
How is the Chinese getting paid to do this work? They are known to be ruthless when it comes to collecting what's owed to them. Some countries are worst off in the end. It's best to train our own to do this type of work long term before it's too late.
The desire to see modern construction applications has me baffled to see instead, cuboids. There is no real dash to the designs that could in any way impress me. Sorry to state the facts but the presentation of what the Urban Centre should look like, is very far from the reality! I'm still waiting to be impressed. Could you please compare the presentation on You Tube with the present construction?
