I cannot tell you how much I appreciate everything you have done as far as providing information and parts for these machines they are cheap they are great for what they do and they’re a pain in the ass to get any info on my hat is off to you sir I will continue to order all my parts through you specifically
Literally am here for quick connection i have calipers. Are you seriously not selling them anymore? I purchased a bit of an upgrade from the base units but love the quuck connection idea
This an awesome resource now! Thank you. I own an AGT L12 I would like to install an hydraulic oil filter can you help with that? Also are you going to produce a cushion valve video?
Ok where you located. We had a tractor company to bust our housing on drive motor. Of course they charged us $375.00 yes . To replace the seal that blowed Got home still leaked I had raise t mortal heck get money back. To take to a honest hydraulic place. They found the Ediots left old seal and busted the housing trying to put a homemade seal in. So please help us find a drive motor For Roda 2023 skid steer
Cam - This is great to hear. I've made 4 purchases from you and every one fit great and worked great. Thanks for sorting all this out for us. @diggerdavesea
big move and I hope it works out, there is a market for simplification of maintaining and improving the hydraulic systems on these. I just finished my mods and the hardest part was the quick connect adaptation for 3/8 ISO A flat face. (which is what I figured was the best QC fitting to use). you should consider some pre-cut mounts for fan mounts that people can self-weld for installation. good luck, I requested some knowledge in the channel but that didn't happen.
You’re spot on about the flat face being the best to use, although I prefer 1/4” body. Fan mounts for the machines are usually not needed because they can simply attach to the body panels.
I think I need/want an 18mm Din light 90deg female to go to my hydraulic tank main return. 1. What size hose barb is on this fitting? 2. How much to make a hose with 18mm-90 deg to an8 male at 18" length? TKS
you should double check the measurement of the thread OD. it should be a 15mm din light on the tank return for AGT 15 and I didn't use a barb fitting on mine, I used a gates compatible crimp fitting for 5/8 hose
After watching your video on fitting sizes 3 more times, I may have been describing the sizes wrong...so let me try again. DIN-L, 15mm tube size, 22mm threaded fitting, 27mm wrench size, 1/2" hose size, female 90deg hose end. Do you have these fittings?
5/8 hose is ok --- as long as it screws onto a male DIN-L fitting with 22mm threads and 27mm wrench and has an AN-8 male fitting at the other end, all will be OK. Fatter hose is not a problem, fittings that connect and overall length are the important issues. 5/8" hose sounds like it would be better with less restriction/flow velocity.
