Zaidar ,,, located in senen area ,, this is different kind of nasi padang, and taste better than regular nasi padang, trust me i was born and raised in west sumatera,, ask for "dendeng basah" and "itiak lado mudo (duck with green chili) it is 10 out of 10

As you probably know that being a muslim in India is kinda difficult! But tbh, I live in city where muslim are in majority then any other religion, that's why we don't get to face much hatred for being a muslim. But I would say that, in other part of state's like UP or gujrat, muslim are treated as shit's. I’m waiting for a restaurant somewhere to offer Indian Chinese fusion dishes such as roast duck wrapped in naan bread and steamed dumplings with a Vindaloo curry filling etc :) that would be cool.
Such fabulous food, that steamed bun st the start looks fabulous 😍. I can’t wait till I’m able to travel one day with my family in the future and experience food and culture like you guys.
For the soup dumpling, people are supposed to make a small crack of it, pour the soup into a spoon, have the soup and enjoy the original flavor, then dip the dumpling in the sauce and eat it. :)
